چکیده
We prove standard results of group cohomology – namely, existence a long exact sequence, classification torsors via the first group, Shapiro’s lemma, Hochschild-Serre spectral decomposition cochain complex in direct product case, and Jannsen’s result on recovery problem for theories such as continuous, analytic, bounded, pro-analytic cohomology. also these certain monoids, applications we have mind concern $$(\varphi ,\Gamma )$$ -modules. The groups considered here all very concrete interpretations by means complex. Therefore, do not use methods homological algebra, but explicit calculations level cochains, using techniques dating back to Hochschild Serre.

A Cohomology Theory for Commutative Monoids
Extending Eilenberg–Mac Lane’s cohomology of abelian groups, a cohomology theory is introduced for commutative monoids. The cohomology groups in this theory agree with the pre-existing ones by Grillet in low dimensions, but they differ beyond dimension two. A natural interpretation is given for the three-cohomology classes in terms of braided monoidal groupoids.
متن کاملGarside monoids vs divisibility monoids
Divisibility monoids (resp. Garside monoids) are a natural algebraic generalization of Mazurkiewicz trace monoids (resp. spherical Artin monoids), namely monoids in which the distributivity of the underlying lattices (resp. the existence of common multiples) is kept as an hypothesis, but the relations between the generators are not supposed to necessarily be commutations (resp. be of Coxeter ty...
متن کاملOrdered monoids and J-trivial monoids
In this paper we give a new proof of the following result of Straubing and Thérien: every J -trivial monoid is a quotient of an ordered monoid satisfying the identity x ≤ 1. We will assume in this paper that the reader has a basic background in finite semigroup theory (in particular, Green’s relations and identities defining varieties) and in computer science (languages, trees, heaps). All semi...
متن کاملCatalan Monoids, Monoids of Local Endomorphisms, and Their Presentations
The Catalan monoid and partial Catalan monoid of a directed graph are introduced. Also introduced is the notion of a local endomorphism of a tree, and it is shown that the Catalan (resp. partial Catalan) monoid of a tree is simply its monoid of extensive local endomorphisms (resp. partial endomorphisms) of nite shift. The main results of this paper are presentations for the Cata-lan and partial...
